Roxborough and Manayunk are located in northwest Philadelphia just about 7 miles from Center City. Roxborough shares a border with the Wissahickon Valley Park and Manayunk is bordered by the Schuylkill River. The tour begins on the Manayunk Bridge, an abandoned rail bridge that’s been converted to a walking path connecting Manayunk to Lower Merion. Next, you’ll see Main Street Manayunk and some favorite restaurants then you’ll see the Manayunk Canal & Towpath and Pretzel Park.

Next, you’ll get a look at some of the sites around Roxborough including the Roxborough Pocket Park and Gorgas Park in Central Roxborough. After that, it’s on to The Wissahickon Valley Park off of Wise’s Mill Road.
