Find out more about some of my favorite areas in the Philadelphia area.
Center City is Philadelphia’s downtown area. In Center City you’ll find hidden cobblestone streets, high-rise buildings, bustling streets, great restaurants, world-class museums, and events from neighborhood block parties to major festivals and concerts.
Located just a few miles from Center City, Northwest Philadelphia offers easy access to the city with many of the conveniences of urban living but without all of the hustle and bustle of living downtown. The neighborhoods of Northwest Philadelphia offer easy access to the 1800-acre Wissahickon Valley Park. Many residents choose to live in Northwest Philadelphia for the hiking, biking, and bridle trails throughout the park.
Montgomery County borders Philadelphia along the city’s northwestern side. Montgomery County offers residents convenient access to the city but with a suburban lifestyle. Many of the communities in Montgomery County have a main street with local shops and restaurants. The Lower Merion, Colonial, and Springfield School Districts are in Montgomery County.
